NOTE: Some of these options may not be available. Refer to instruction manual for additional definition.

View Security Summary/Request Passwords:
allows you see the total number of Passwords you have requested, the total number that have been used as well as allow you to request additional passwords.

Deactivate/Reactivate Security:
allows you to deactivate an unused password or to reactivate a previously deactivated password.

List Security Passwords and Status:
allows you to get a current listing of the passwords that have been issued and their status. The status will tell you whether the password has been used, is still active, or if it has expired. The report will also give you a count of the attempts to Login using the specified password.

Request to Print User Id:
allows you to access a list of the submitted requests for User Ids. From this report the PDF files of User Ids can be printed.

Add Security:
allows you to add and issue passwords for members.
