Validation Administration

View Pending Enrollments:
This function allows you to access the member enrollments that have not yet been validated. The enrollments will remain in a Pending status until they are approved.

View Approved Enrollments:
This function allows you to access a list of those member enrollments that have been approved. You have the ability to create a file of this information and save it or print it.

View Changed/Declined Enrollments:
This function allows you to separate out and identify those member enrollments that you noted changes on or that you declined for enrollment. You have the ability to create a file of this information and save it or print it.

View All Enrollments:
This function allows you to access all member enrollments that have been approved, changed/declined, or that are pending approval. You have the ability to create a file of this information and save it or print it.

Add Member:
This function allows you to complete the enrollment for a member if they are unable to sign-on and complete the enrollment themselves. Use of this function automatically approves the member's enrollment.
