A User Id will expire 60 days after it is issued.

This function can be used to reactivate an expired User Id for an additional 30 days.

It can also be used to deactivate a User Id if the member is no longer eligible to enroll for this benefit (i.e. terminated employment or membership).

Enter the User Id and select whether you want to Deactivate or reactivate the security, then click Submit.
