List User IDs
User Id: This identifies each member's access to the enrollment. Active unused User Ids will be underlined and link directly to the Deactivate/Reactivate Security function. To access this function, click on the User Id.
Date of Birth: If a Date of Birth was entered in conjunction with the User Id that date will appear in this column.
Date Used: This identifies the date that the member successfully signed into the enrollment application and completed the enrollment form. If this field is blank, the member has not yet completed the enrollment.
Issue Date: This identifies the date the User Id was issued.
Expiration Date: This identifies the date that the User Id will expire or did expire. It should be 60 days from the date the User Id was issued.
Login Count: This identifies the number of attempts to enroll the member had made. Only one successful enrollment is allowed. A member may have attempted an enrollment multiple times but was not successful.
Status: This identifies the current status of the User Id. The available statuses are the following:
- Not Used – Member has not yet successfully completed the enrollment.
- Used – Member has successfully completed the enrollment.
- Deactivated – User Id was deactivated while still active and not used.
- Reactivated – User Id had previously expired or had deactivated.
