Request Type:
Identifies how the User Id was requested. Available types include:

• Random – system generated number
• Security – a unique id number was assigned with a Date of Birth through the Add Security function

Div:
Identifies the Division number the security request was submitted for.

Account:
Identifies the Account number the security request was submitted for.

# of User Ids:
Identifies the number of User Ids that were issued with each request.

Update Date:
Identifies the Date the security request was submitted for the User Ids.

Update Time:
Identifies the Time the security request was submitted for the User Ids.

To view the PDF file that contains the User Ids, click on the Account. Each time requests for User Ids are submitted, a record of the date and time of the request is recorded next to the account. This allows you to go back and reprint User Ids previously issued. When finished printing User Ids click on the Return to Menu button.
