View All Enrollments

This report is a listing of all enrollments received and their current status.

A Pending status indicates that the enrollment has not yet been approved. These enrollments can be approved by accessing the View Pending Enrollments function.

An Approved status indicates that the enrollment information was approved as submitted by the member and no changes were requested.

A Changed/Declined status indicates that the enrollment information submitted by the member required additional information or changes made by the employer or the member enrollment was no longer applicable and was declined.

This report can be saved in a PDF file or an Excel file by clicking on the appropriate buttons at the top of the page.
