View Changed/Declined Enrollments
This report is a listing of all of the member's enrollments that have been approved with a change or have been declined.
The "Reason" for the change or decline of coverage is displayed. To access the additional information about the change or decline drag your mouse over the Reason field.
This report can be saved in a PDF file or an Excel file by clicking on the appropriate buttons at the top of the page.
